Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If your purchase was made more than 14 days ago, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and the item must be in its original packaging.

Furthermore, the following items cannot be returned: * Gift vouchers
* Software products for download

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In certain situations, only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable)
* Items returned after 14 days from delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment after a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to appear. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time for a refund to be posted to your account. If you have done all of this and still have not received a refund, please contact us at administration@giovaio.com.
Special offer items
A refund can only be made for regular priced items; unfortunately, promotional items are not eligible for a refund.

exchange
Exchanges will only be granted for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at administration@giovaio.com and send the item to: Rothenbaumchaussee 135, Hamburg, 20149, Germany.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher for the purchase value when you return the item. Once we receive the returned item, you will receive a voucher via email.

If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country in which you reside.

If you are sending an item valued over €75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
